    I use the NOAA tide predictions for the Golden Gate from here, if you notice a difference between their data and my data definitely let me know:

    I get all the data from NOAA and the NOAA wind station at Angel Island has been broken for a while. It usually takes them a month or two to fix it. Not something I have any control over unfortunately. I don't make any money on windandtides, the few dollars in app sales just help offset hosting costs. Thanks for supporting windandtides by purchasing the app!

    We get our wind data from the NOAA wind sensor at Angel Island and it's been offline for a few weeks. It seems to break a few times a year and then it's often offline for a few weeks. We're hoping the get it going again soon!

    I would love to expand Windandtides to other major sailing destinations across the US and hope to get there in the future. If there are any Ruby on Rails programmers out there that want to work with me on it let me know!
